We started with an app for flexible work. Then we added planning software for our clients. Then vacancies. Now we're building AI agents that can run the entire operation autonomously — from recruitment to scheduling to payroll. 100% autonomous operations is where we're heading.

It was 2017. I — Pavle Beslic — had spent seven years at Deloitte and EY. I was fed up with the corporate slowness and politics. I wanted to be an entrepreneur again.

As a student, I had already run my own staffing agency. And when I looked back at that industry I saw something unbelievable: nothing had changed. The same phone calls. The same Excel sheets. The same inefficiency. In a world where you can book a taxi in seconds — hiring and scheduling staff still meant endless calls and emails.

That frustration became the fuel. I invested my own money for years. No external funding, no fancy office — just building what the industry needed: a platform for hiring flexible staff and software for scheduling employees. In 2021, we grew 10x.

Today, Staffyou is headquartered on the 33rd floor of the Maastoren in Rotterdam — a few floors above my former employer Deloitte. In the lobby hangs a gong that we ring for every new client. Does it ring often enough? "Never enough."

For every shift worked, we donate a meal and plant a tree. Not because we have to, but because we believe growth should come with responsibility.
